- Give comprehensive information and briefings - company overview, job descriptions/project outlines, salary/rate details, location, skill requirements/person specifications etc.
- Provide you with regular updates throughout the recruitment process
- Provide full and constructive CV and/or interview feedback wherever possible and to pursue clients for this on your behalf
- Only request documentation as necessitated by legal requirements or by the specific processes mandated by the clients we introduce you to
- Guide you through the offer process without applying pressure
- Treat your personal date with the utmost confidentiality and care at all times
- Deal with any payroll, contractual or other queries in a professional and timely manner

We expect you to:

- Provide honest and accurate information in your applications
- Update us regarding changes to your personal or company details and/or requirements including skills, qualifications, contract details, salary/rate requirements, location and availability
- To carefully prepare for interviews arranged with us or our clients, and ensure prompt attendance; or give reasonable notice if unable to attend
- Provide us with swift and comprehensive feedback following client interviews
- Give us open and honest feedback regarding the services received by ea
- Act in a professional and courteous manner at all times when dealing with ea or any of our clients
- Inform us immediately should you be absent from or have difficulties fulfilling your contracted assignments
- Treat all client information with the utmost confidentiality
